Billing Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• You may cancel anytime through your account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Generate spam or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Resell or redistribute generated content without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Your Content:

You retain ownership of the email content you input. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of generating subject lines.

Generated Content:

Subject lines generated by our AI are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any generated content before use.

7. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee specific open rates or results
• AI-generated content should be reviewed before use
• We are not responsible for how you use generated content

8. Limitation of Liability
